MyCertificate – Electronic Certificates and Cards

All Qualifications in One Place

Forget about wallets full of plastic cards and stacks of paper certificates. The MyCertificate service automatically stores the following cards and qualifications:

• Kiwa Koulutusmaailma: All training courses and qualifications completed through Kiwa Koulutusmaailma — such as standard, electrical work, and occupational safety training — are visible in the service.
• The Centre for Occupational Safety (TTK): All occupational safety cards issued by TTK are automatically transferred to the service. Card details become visible once you accept the terms of use.
• Finnish Red Cross (FRC): First aid training certificates are also stored in MyCertificate, making them easier to manage and present when needed.
• Company-specific certificates: Organizations can integrate their own certificates into the service under a separate agreement.

MyCertificate – App and Features

The MyCertificate app can be conveniently downloaded directly from the App Store (iOS) and Google Play Store (Android). A web version is also available via browser. Users can access the service after completing their first training course purchased through Kiwa Koulutusmaailma.

Clear Overview of Certificates

Once logged in, users can easily view all their active certificates in one place. The service also provides:

• Certificate viewing: Check certificate details, such as completion date and validity period. Certificates can be downloaded directly from the app.
